Jason: “It doesn’t matter to me if our details are correct or incorrect. We no longer do business with you guys.”

Jason: “A couple of years back we placed a couple of advertisments with you and we found that we were getting more calls from people trying to sell us things than were interested in our business, and therefore will never use Brabys again.”
B Ts: “Thats a real shame.”

All these listing websites are just sources for spammers. Ananzi’s web directory is another source. Pretty funny though that even their employees hate them. Must be serious issues in that company!

We have used Brabys.com for the last few years now to list our company in the business directory and to generate traffic to our website. It has worked really well for us, and has increased the traffic to our website.
It is a pity that one person in the organisation has let them down, as I have worked with a few of the sales staff and they are really helpful and turn things around quickly.

BRABYS IS A REALLY BAD COMPANY TO WORK FOR, THEY ONLY THINK ABOUT MAKING MONEY AND WE REPS GET NOTHING,
WE WORK A 8 AM TO 4:30PM JOB. No MED/AID NOTHING.
AM GLAD I LEFT THAT COMPANY, WE USED TO SELL PAPER DIRECTORIES WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. EVEN THAT BRABYS.COM ADS WERE A WASTE.
HEY GUYS AT BRABYS NO OFFENCE BUT YOU SUCK BIG TIME. U NEED TO TREAT UR STUFF BETTER AND STOP SELLING ONE CLIENT A MILLION PRODUCTS, BECAUSE THEY ALL SUCK.

I like to share my experience.I have worked in that company for 6 years and i was treated or the reps are treated like dogs. They don’t give a damn about you as long as you bringing them “fat amount of sales evey week. There they make and break rules as if though they are changing there undies. One rule goes for one rep and another for the other rep. They have alot of favourites. They have made people become team leaders who don’t know nothing, they don’t even comb there hair. A particular team leader should be so rougish and devious but now that she is made team leader she acts like a saint but still stealing from the other reps. They over tax you and if they give you incentives they take it out from your salary. If the clients don’t pay they take the money out from we poor reps. When we achieve bonuses they tax us so heavy on that s well.As for there directories is up to shit, no client ever knows who Brabys is and if they do know they say that Brabys are rougues. I know i was there for 6 years but im glad im out of that dump and so happy in my new company.During christmas time we get no bonuses, no holiday pay etc except for the measely commission that we get. How do those reps survive.They so good to take out money from reps but to re-instate they are all dead.All Brabys staff are rogues except for the poor reps. No medical aid,pension fund etc so they must work there for 20 years as reps and when u leave u get nothing.I hope that all the reps wake up and leave before Brabys acts like “ticks “on them and drain every drop of blood out of them

The company I work for had the same experience with Brabys – it left a distinctly foul taste in the proverbial mouth. The rep lied blatantly to get the order. We also experienced more telemarketing calls during that time than enquiries.

Brabys defrauds regular companies daily, they are fraudsters and run regular online scams and always fall back on the fact that they are one of the oldest directories. They cheat steal and defraud people.
This type of company will probably also defraud your grandmother out of her pension savings.
SHAM SHAME SHAME – and also shame on you, the reader of this article that you do not tell more people so that they do not lose their money. So shame on you too.

hi guys… guess what im new here and loving it.. i work hard and get paid very well.. my manager is very proffesional ….yes i can see from reading these comments that there have been people that worked and left but honestly ask yourself this….. You worked for a company that supported you for the period of time that you was employed…. the question is did you make the most of your time here or did you come to work to eat your lunch? Since when is this day and age and with the economy of the country being so bad that you can go out and expect your employer to take care of you and pay you a fat salary…Brabys Is fair! If you do your work and are detemined to succeed then Brabys invest in their staff. I am proud to say that i am financially secure ad its throught the opportunity that Brabys presented to me and the fact that I work very hard for what I want in life…

Hey i’ve been at Brabys for a year and i’m tellin u what they say in the beginning aint always what pans out in the end.
They promise the world and they deliver a remote island. People have needs and dependants and can’t work on commission only. I’m leaving the company end of this month, going to a smaller company and getting to be paid more.
If a client don’t pay they take it off the reps commission, take the client to court and still gets the money. they win either way. they’re only after money. and don’t let me get started on the management that looks after themselves and protect each other when they do wrong, stealing othe people’s clients etc

No company is perfect but trust me Brabys comes pretty close and i enjoy my job, For Gods sake! not even our goverment is perfect! Firstly Jason many people go through situations that are not very ethical and professional. I guess in the world that we live in and with so much of strife it’s bound to knock at your door however what i can gurantee is that we at Brabys are able to turn your bad experience with us into something that will benefit your organization.
various stretegies are in place to ensure an incident of this nature does not present itself again.
To the rest of the staff that are actively bad mouthing this organization. I urge you to stop think of why you accepted the employment here and then find out what went wrong.
At our reception we have what we define as a suggestion box make use of it. Try to let people know and help you before even trying to get nasty.
Don’t for a moment think that that things are greener on the other side? Try to work with the problem dont run away from it.
In this way not only will you better your situation but can actually be part of making a difference in people’s lives.
Use the same passion to try to be a true person instead of hiding behind the scenes.
Just to let you know i am with Brabys for the past 11 years and i can assure you taht if you know what you believe is right speak it.

Did Brabies at any time with your findings contravene the competitions act in a very slimy way? E.G. Have taken note. One of the biggest mistakes any Marketer can make for his company is to badmouth his ex company. Just so strange that a company such as Braby’s does not train their marketing staff what good ethics in business are. Your Marketers are the mirror of your company, and yes, what I have observed here, is bad carma. Almost like prostitution!
