Ballack was free transfer, so not too much stupidity in that, and Shevchenco might be alittle old, but there is no doubt he will be a 20 goals a season player, and that is exactly why they bought him. But after watching the community shield yesterday, I'm hoping Chelsea are ready for the start of the league next week. Not sure about ‘over the hill’.
