I played DJ for a 13th birthday party on Saturday evening. Seems that I’m still the “shiz niz” with kids 10 years younger than me. The digged that I had all the latest stuff on my playlist. ;-)

One thing that I found totally hilarious is that white boys have got nothing on the coloured kids. Whenever Crank That by Soulja boy played, all the girls go crazy when one of the coloured guys takes centre stage and does some hip-hop freestyle manoeuvres. They even held some face-offs with the best move of the night going to a guy that took off his chain, held it in front of his buddy and dropped it - to the wild applause of everyone - including the adults!
