		<description>I can attest to the fact that Rui is a great chef, I distinctly recall one terrific evening in 1995 when Rui rustled up a fantastic &quot;bully beef and t-sauce&quot; casserole for the 1995 annual northies gathering.  It was comparable to the best Beef Bourgoiun or Osso Bucco I have ever tasted, I think this was due to the fatc that he has the all golf T Sauce in the fridge before he expertly poured it onto the bully beef.  In those days Rui was also a fantastic speaker, one can only be privileged to hear his account of the time he &quot;relaxed&quot; the dog.</description>
