		<description>It&#039;s good to write down your resolutions, but many experts suggests, and I have found it to be true, that the only way to make them work is to break each one down into smaller goals with specific targets and dates to achieve them.

It&#039;s a lot of work, it took me probably 5 hours altogether to do mine, but it is worth it, cause you can track your progress much better and stay focused.</description>
